Embroidery
Chest, sleeve, back yoke
Flat, 3D puff, or appliqué embroidery. Up to 12 thread colors per design.
Screenprint
Front, back, sleeve, pocket
Plastisol or water-based ink, opaque or soft-hand finishes. Up to 6 colors per location.
Pocket Customizations
Exterior, interior
Custom pocket size, placement, lining, or trim. Add interior compartments or modify the exterior pocket silhouette.
Strap Modification
Shoulder, hand
Custom strap length, width, material, hardware, or attachment method.
Woven Labels
Neck, hem, side seam
Custom woven brand labels. Straight cut, end-fold, or center-fold. Damask or satin weave.
Zippers
Front, side, pocket
YKK or specialty zipper hardware. Choose tape color, slider style, and pull type.
Hang Tags
Hangtag, inside seam
Custom-printed paper or fabric hangtags. Care content tags to spec.
Neck Tags
Neck, side seam
Printed or woven care tags and branded heritage labels stitched into the inside seam.
Color Blocking
Body, sleeve, hood
Multi-panel construction in contrasting colors. Cut and sewn from multiple fabric pieces.
Chenille
Chest, back, sleeve
Soft, raised chenille letterforms or shapes sewn onto the garment. The varsity-letter classic.
Appliqué
Chest, back, sleeve
Cut fabric shapes layered and stitched onto the garment. Can be combined with embroidery edges.
Hood Lining
Hood interior
Contrast-color or printed fabric lining inside the hood.
Stripes
Body, sleeve, hood
Contrast-color stripes built into the garment via fabric panels or applied tape.
Studs
Chest, sleeve, back
Metal studs applied to the surface in custom patterns.
Rhinestones
Chest, back, sleeve
Heat-pressed or hand-applied rhinestones for high-shine decoration.
Hood Stitching
Hood seam, edge
Decorative topstitching on the hood. Contrast thread, tonal, or multi-row detail.
Fabric Swaps
Brim, crown, back panel
Substitute individual panel fabrics. Change the brim material, crown, or back panel independently.
Jacquard
Body, sleeve
Multi-color repeating pattern knit into the fabric across an entire panel.
Buttons
Front placket
Custom button material, color, or branding. Horn, metal, corozo, or printed.
Emboss
Center, border, corner
Pressed-relief decoration. Logo or pattern raised from the surface.
Sublimation Print
Full surface
Full-color dye sublimation print across the surface. Edge-to-edge prints with no hand.
Brush Levels
Face, edge
Brushed metal finishes. Varying degrees of matte to high polish.
Polybag
Per unit, per carton
Individual or bulk poly bagging for retail-ready packaging. Clear or branded bags with size stickers.
